Maria is the Projects Lead for The Impact Investors Foundation, a non-profit organisation founded in partnership with The Ford Foundation, Africa Capital Alliance, BusinessDay Media Limited, Bank of Industry and Dalberg Advisors. She was previously the pioneer Executive Secretary of The Knowledge Exchange Centre (KEC), a non-profit organization focused on bridging the skills gap for young unemployed graduates. While at KEC, Ms Glover was responsible for translating and implementing the five-year vision and strategic plan of the organization. She has worked on several youth development programmes with the government and has a wide range of experience in banking, research, monitoring and evaluation, project management, strategy and planning. As the head of the Impact Investors' Foundation, she is responsible for implementing its vision and strategies, and coordinating projects. In the last year, Maria established a task force consisting of private and public sector actors in Nigeria to set up a National Advisory Board (NAB) for Impact Investment, the highest national body responsible for promoting social investments in the country and building the market infrastructure.
Maria led the establishment of the Nigerian NAB, which will be under the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment, the umbrella body with 33 NABs across 28 countries and regions. She also engages with development finance institutions (DFIs), bilateral and multilateral agencies, local and foreign investors to grow impact capital and investment in Nigeria. She is problem-solver, learning and development strategist and trainer with extensive knowledge and experience in development and management of capacity building programmes for youths; programme evaluation; budget; fundraising strategies; leadership; NGO management and consultancy, research, finance and impact investing.
Maria is also an MSME Consultant with a total of 10 years knowledge in setting up and running startups.
She is an Associate Member of the Learning and Development Network International. Maria holds a double honour in Economics and Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester. After transiting to the nonprofit sector, Maria further obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in NGO and Development Management from the University of East London, UK.'

Temitope Oladele
Temitope currently leads the finance and Administration of Impact Investors Foundation Secretariat and is responsible for overall coordination of financials, grants, and administration of the secretariat.
Temitope joined the Foundation in 2019. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Certificate in Non-profit Leadership Management from the Lagos Business School. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.

Olu Ogunfowora Ph.D.
Dr. Olu Ogunfowora is the Managing Director at Ideanest Investments Services Limited. Ideanest is one the Business Development Services Providers (BDSPs) accredited by the Bank of Industry (BoI) to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Ideanest also contributed towards SME policy development as part of strategy advisory project for Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) and Federal Ministry of Industry Trade and Investments (FMITI).
Olu has over 25 years extensive international experience across energy, financial services, management consulting and technology industries with Accenture, EY, FirstBank, FBN Holdings, MTN, and Schlumberger.
He is well exposed to a variety of business, leadership, and strategic issues at large corporates, and SMEs. Olu serves on the board of directors in various public/private/philanthropy organisations where he provides strategy advisory for the adoption of impact investing in addressing social and environmental issues with linkage to the sustainable development goals (SDGs) with focus on Education, Healthcare, Renewable Energy, SMEs, and Technology Sectors. Olu attended the University of Oxford – Said Business School for an Executive Education on Impact Investing; and completed his doctorate and master’s degrees with focus on Impact Investing, Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at The University of Manchester, UK.
He graduated with a first-class honours bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and won the Faculty of Technology Prize for the Best Graduating Student 1993/94 session at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
